12 Character Nickname Support

Some people will have noticed the VoidNet severs being a bit unstable or splitting lately. We're sorry about this, but it's because we've has been performing network upgrades and making one or two changes.

Perhaps the most noticeable of these changes, is that all the servers now support a NICKLEN of 12 characters. This basically means users have an extra two characters to play with if they wish to use an alternate nickname, and was done as a direct result of the recent surveys carried out in #voidnet.
