IPv6 support from irc.elasticmind.net

irc.elasticmind.net staff have announced that the server has undergone some configuration updates to now support IRC connections using the IPv6 network layer protocol.

This brings the total of IPv6 servers up to two; with irc.bq1.org providing IPv6 access for the US regions, and irc.elasticmind.net the EU. Clients wishing to access IPv6 can either connect directly to these servers, or use the IPv6 host records provided by the irc.voidnetworks.com round-robin.
