Server List

Below is a list of the VoidNet IRC servers. All of the servers support SSL encrypted connections and use SSL certificates provided by our Void Networks Certification Authority.

See the SSL page for more SSL information.

If you wish, you can use the certificate authority file in your IRC client to verify that you have successfully connected to an official VoidNet IRC server.

To minimise lag, and try to ensure you have a low latency connection to one of the servers, you can pick a server from the list that is geographically local to where you IRC from.

Or if you do not mind which server you use, you can easily connect using one of the round-robins that will automatically route you to the next server in the list. Simply pick whether you want to use the non-SSL or SSL round-robin below, and let it do the rest! (IPv6 users can also make use of the round-robins.)

Server Maps

Server maps illustrate how the hubs and servers are linked to one-another. VoidNet has two server maps. Both maps show the links, but in addition the GeoMap shows the approximate physical location of the server as well.

Server Link Application

If you would like to contribute to Void Networks by starting your own IRCd, you may fill out a link application. All submissions must meet the minimum requirements listed within the application itself.

It should also be noted that your application will likely be rejected if the server's location is not a region that does not already have a server close by.
